Our firm
Prospect Law is a multi-disciplinary practice which has developed a leading reputation for its work in the renewable energy sector. We have advised on projects involving established and emerging renewable energy technologies, and in related fields including grid connections, battery storage, risk management and financial modelling.
The services we offer are designed to provide clients with access to a practical combination of interrelated services which includes the key areas of specialist legal advice, as well as a range of technical, financial and risk management advice, including ESG, which is designed to provide extra support for our clients.
We also retain advisors covering sectors which complement our specialist renewable energy practice. These include Agri-business, Life Sciences, Maritime, International Trade and Cleantech. Our extensive Cleantech experience focusses on the environmental, regulatory and financial issues affecting the decommissioning of nuclear energy projects.
