Oliver Williams has over twenty five years experience as a solicitor, and has practiced corporate and commercial law in London, in the Cayman Islands and in Hong Kong, where he was a partner with Haldanes, before joining Prospect Law.
About Oliver
Oliver has successfully advised on an extensive range of corporate and commercial transactions, including initial public offerings, the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, investment and subscription arrangements, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, and corporate restructurings.
Oliver has also acted in connection with the establishment of numerous investment funds, and various banking transactions, including project finance transactions, and related security arrangements. He has advised on franchising, distribution and agency agreements and on commercial contracts of all types.
