John Ireland
Specialist in Nuclear Engineering & Project Delivery

John brings over 45 years’ experience in nuclear engineering, fuel management, and project delivery across the UK and internationally. He advises on nuclear new build, fuel supply, and the treatment of complex chemical and radiological waste, as well as project structuring and delivery. His expertise extends to supporting intergovernmental collaboration on major nuclear initiatives.

A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, John has a strong track record in delivering technically complex projects in line with international standards.


John Warden
Specialist in Nuclear Project Structuring

John provides strategic advice on nuclear project structuring, financing, and advanced technologies, including small modular reactors (SMRs) and next-generation systems. He has led major international initiatives and advises on project economics, feasibility, and regulatory alignment.

His background includes senior roles in the Royal Navy in nuclear engineering and policy, as well as leadership positions within the Nuclear Institute and the Nuclear Economics Consulting Group. He has also advised on nuclear skills development and engineering strategy for UK government programmes.
