Andrew Walters is a highly experienced Chartered Town Planner and Environmental Lawyer with over 30 years’ experience working on an extensive range of project and policy work both in the public and private sectors. Andrew has considerable experience in project delivery and consenting across all the geographies in the UK.

Andrew has undertaken lead consent management on a broad range of infrastructure projects, including the construction of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects in onshore and offshore energy, deep-water ports, light and heavy rail, bridge, and waste projects.

Andrew is a nationally recognised project delivery expert with significant relevant experience in bringing forward development consent and approvals for infrastructure projects in multiple legislative environments, often with complex engineering challenges in highly sensitive sites of significant environmental importance.

Andrew’s key skills lie in bringing together the full spectrum of delivery requirements including the co-ordination of teams involved in complex design, stakeholder management, community engagement and project performance. Andrew has supported a range of power and waste projects as well as major deep-water ports and a significant number of nationally significant linear infrastructure projects, delivering extensive and usually complex delivery requirements as part of the planning and consenting process.
