He has advised regarding renewable and nuclear energy projects for corporate, governmental and private clients across the UK and internationally. Edward works very closely with the risk management and insurance teams, advising clients in the energy sector on risk transfer mechanisms and the role of insurance, as well as advising individual and major corporate clients in the UK and abroad on requirements for compliance with various international legislative frameworks including in the context of ESG.
Edward has advised on Parliamentary Select Committees, been consulted by the SFO on regulatory law matters, and has contributed to numerous publications including Butterworths “Fraud: Law, Practice and Procedure”.
