She advises clients across the entire life of a transaction from due diligence, contract negotiations, draft documentation, risk management through to completion.

Elissa works closely with clients in order to provide them with practical and cost-efficient solutions to their legal and commercial issues. Her commercial work focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial documents for clients ranging from MSA’s, Heads of Terms, confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, and bespoke shareholders agreements.
