Ian McNeill specialises in corporate matters and in energy-related projects. As a corporate lawyer he advises across the range of acquisition, disposal, joint venture, fundraising and related activities, in energy-related and other industries. As a projects lawyer he has been an integral part of development teams on independent power projects in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and the UK, working to deliver projects that are financeable and sustainable. In the course of his career Ian has worked with international companies and law firms including British Gas plc, Entergy Power Development Corporation, Watson Farley & Williams and Ashurst.
