With over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector – 16 of which have been dedicated to business transformational change within mutual insurance – Rikul brings deep expertise in establishing, managing, and scaling mutuals. His career has spanned leadership roles at Charles Taylor Limited and Regis Mutual Management, where he played a key role in designing and operating discretionary and hybrid mutuals. His specialism lies in assessing the viability of new mutuals, client onboarding, and structuring alternative risk transfer solutions that provide long-term financial stability.
At PMM, Rikul has been instrumental in developing tailored mutual solutions for businesses across the energy, hospitality, and professional services sectors, as more organisations seek sustainable, member-focused alternatives to traditional insurance.
