Mark brings extensive experience from senior roles across the international insurance market, with particular expertise in nuclear risk. He is a former Managing Director of Nuclear Risk Insurers Ltd, where he led initiatives to modernise nuclear insurance frameworks for the UK Government and global markets.
He has overseen the development of insurance programmes across multiple jurisdictions, including Russia, China, and Eastern Europe, providing technical and legal input on policy design and placement in international markets. Mark also served as an underwriter at Lloyd’s Nuclear Syndicate, with deep expertise in liability, property, and project risk insurance.
A member of the International Nuclear Law Association, Mark has represented industry at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency Nuclear Law Committee and has lectured at the OECD’s International School of Nuclear Law.
Led by Mark Tetley, our team brings extensive international experience in nuclear insurance and risk management.
