Consultant Lawyers (Fee-Share Model)

Our consultancy model is designed for senior lawyers with an established client base or strong professional network who are seeking greater autonomy without compromising on support or reputation. As part of Prospect Law, you benefit from the credibility and reach of a Legal 500-ranked firm, while maintaining control over your own practice and client relationships.


Consultant lawyers receive a competitive fee-share of 70–75% of client billings, alongside comprehensive infrastructure support. This includes administrative assistance, IT systems, regulatory compliance, and professional indemnity insurance. We also provide dedicated marketing and business development support through our website, thought leadership, webinars, and wider promotional activity.

Consultants have optional access to our central London office for client meetings or collaboration, with the flexibility to structure their work in a way that suits their professional and personal priorities.

Permanent Roles (Employees / Locum / Fixed-Term)
