Legal / Insurance Graduate Development Role

We are looking for a graduate interested in either the legal or insurance / alternative risk management sectors.

What we’re looking for

Prospect Law is looking for a graduate to join its team in a role that offers development potential in either the legal or the insurance / alternative risk management world. We are looking for an energetic, bright graduate to assist initially across both the legal and the risk management teams. You need excellent academics allied with the highest inter-personal, analytical and IT skills.

The company is looking for a driven, bright graduate to assist across both its legal and risk management teams in the heart of London. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong academics, sharp analytical thinking, excellent people skills and solid IT confidence. From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced lawyers and risk professionals on real client matters in some of the UK’s most complex and fast-moving sectors.

For the right candidate, there is a clear development pathway, including the opportunity to:

complete a training contract and qualify as a solicitor, or
pursue the ACI exams within our risk management practice.
AI literacy is a plus, and while legal or insurance experience is welcome, it is not essential — curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn matter most.

The role

  • Office-based in Farringdon, London;
  • Exposure to high-profile clients and technically challenging work; and
  • A supportive environment with real responsibility and progression.
