Consultant Role (Profit Share Basis)
We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join Prospect Law on a profit share basis, to develop the firm’s work in the insurance and risk managements sectors.
We are interested in recruiting an English-qualified barrister or solicitor with experience in contentious and/or non contentious insurance law matters.
Suitable candidates will have a track record in advising clients on a wide variety of insurance related issues. They will already have a substantial client following of their own, and will be keen to continue to generate and service that work.
Candidates will also assist the directors with the broader management of client work across the different practice areas of the firm.
We offer a mixed remuneration package which will include between 70-75% of fees generated from the candidate’s own client work, as well as an element of target based profit sharing from the additional management and client development roles we envisage.
