Course Presenter

Andrew Waite

Andrew Waite is a solicitor and specialist in environmental, health and safety and public law, advising on regulatory and liability issues for a broad range of industries.

He has been listed as a leading expert in the legal directories for many years and is the leading author of Waite and Jewell, Environmental Law in Property Transactions, 4th ed (2016) and editor of the Environmental Law Handbook, 4th ed (2013). Andrew is a graduate of Oxford University and is a former Lecturer in Law at Southampton University and a Visiting Professor at the University of Georgia (USA).

Teaching Method

This is a two-hour online course with materials included.
