David McIntosh

David is an expert in nuclear decommissioning, procurement, regulatory matters and intellectual property exploitation and licensing. David has a strong understanding of the nuclear regulatory landscape and dynamics of government and stakeholder relationships. He spent 15 years at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, advising on public procurement competitions , security and nuclear transport matters, and contributed to shaping nuclear regulatory frameworks best practices.
